I didn't plan to become a maker.
In 2022, I started with blogging.
GeekDroid, AIQ - I wrote SEO guides, AI tutorials, things people actually read and shared.
But it was lonely. No community. No builder energy. Just me and analytics.
So I kept writing, but also started experimenting.
Late nights learning WordPress, watching broken YouTube tutorials, trying to fix my site that looked like it was built during an earthquake.
Eventually, I started freelancing - building websites for small business owners using whatever I knew.
I sold readymade WordPress templates (GeneratePress & Elementor) through YouTube.
Nothing fancy. Just trying to make things work.
That's when I started leaning into AI tools.
ChatGPT. Claude.
I wasn't just using them. I was building with them.
They became my second brain. Something I could offload work to.
Then I shipped my first real product -
Saze AI
A content rewriting tool built in PHP and duct-taped together with ChatGPT.
I had no idea what I was doing, but I kept going.
Eventually, I rebuilt it in Next.js.
After that came Unrealshot AI - an AI photoshoot tool that turns selfies into pro portraits.
Then Lexistock AI - a set of simple photo editing tools.
Each one taught me more than the last.
I even started teaching others how to use AI through my YouTube channel - mostly for people who still think "prompting" is a typo.
I didn't have a plan when I started.
I just kept showing up, building stuff, and letting AI handle the things I wasn't good at (yet).
At first it felt real. Then it got performative.
Everyone was shipping, but also just⦠pretending.
Replies felt hollow. Nothing stuck. And even after launching two products, I got no real traction..
I kept seeing the same cycle: launch pages, upvotes, dead traffic. Thread after thread with hundreds of builders dropping links... "Cool idea bro." Then silence.
One group is busy posting perfect product screenshots, writing polished LinkedIn updates, chasing likes, and trying to sound like a YC founder every morning.
Then there's ME.
I don't fake it. I don't polish my journey. I build in public - not the performative kind - the gritty, tired-eyes, just-shipped-this-at-2am kind.
I donβt build for applause. I build because I canβt not. This is Harvansh - solo builder, indie hacker, and the kind who never waits for permission.
At any given point, I'm balancing new ideas, MVPs, feature rollouts, landing pages, and indie launches - not in a startup incubator, but from my own chaos-powered desk.
Let's go down the list:
A public wall for indie hackers to document raw build logs, wins, rants, fails. No filters. No likes. Just honest shipping. It's a place where builders show they're alive. If you're not building, there's nothing here for you.
No algorithm. No feed. Just raw work
From a headshot generator to full-blown themed photoshoots using flux.dev fine-tuned models. Unrealshot AI lets users upload selfies, train their model, and generate studio-style images without a camera. Total revenue? Less than $750. Still running? Hell yes.
AI Photoshoots without camera
The silent powerhouse. One of my lesser-hyped but revenue-generating projects. Sometimes the quiet ones make the most noise. It's been steadily bringing in revenue while I focus on the louder projects.
The silent powerhouse πͺ
An AI image editing tool that's slowly evolving to offer something unique in a crowded space. Still figuring out the right positioning, but the tech is solid and users are starting to notice.

I don't build vaporware.
Even if a project doesn't blow up on launch day, I makes sure it works.
Every tool, every app - it's real, usable, and battle-tested by indie struggle.
Not every idea makes it. Some crash hard, leaving behind lessons and a few scars.
This is the story of Threddr.
A dream to change connections, lost to silence. Here's the full story:
The one I launched killed by making it free.
Reddit scanner. Smart idea. Good execution. But I gave it away for $0.00 and watched it die in silence.
No feedback. No complaints. Just users who vanished because they had zero skin in the game.
Free users don't give a shit. And that silence? It kills motivation faster than any bad review.
No polish. No perfection. Just raw ideas taking shape.
These are my finished products messy experiments.

- Me, probably at 3am
I'm building a different kind of web - one that's not performative.
FoundersWall is a direct rebellion against platforms that reward hype.
Not because $1K will change my life.
But because it proves one thing:
Independent income without anyone's help.
"I don't have a massive Twitter following, but I'm building one thread at a time."
"I share honest breakdowns of launch flops and wins."
"Screenshots of builds mid-progress."
"That self-awareness is rare. And it's what makes me respected."
In a sea of startup influencers trying to impress,
I'm just trying to improve.

I'm not a founder who'll raise a seed round tomorrow.
I'm not a content creator chasing growth hacks.
I'm not perfect. Not polished.
But I'm real. And I'm here.
Every single day, showing up.
Testing ideas. Shipping fast. Learning faster.
Building public infrastructure for other indie hackers like me who are done with the fake startup circus.
